TARRING BRADLEY Cooper, the film Burnt tells the story of a Michelin-starred chef looking to create the best restaurant in the world. For the premiere, it was only fitting that some of the globe’s finest Michelin chefs should attend. Matteo Ferrantino was one such chef, joining 10 of his peers to cook a signature dish at the NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky on the 16th of November.

After a Champagne welcome, a Network Walking Dinner allowed guests to interact with the 11 chefs, with a total of 17 stars, who each prepared their own signature dish in the open kitchen of the hotel’s Winter Garden. Jennifer Ewbank provided the entertainment.

At 9pm, Europe’s largest premier of Burnt, starring Bradley Cooper, Uma Thurman and Sienna Miller, was screened in the Grand Ballroom, before the film’s official release on the 26th of November. The event closed with buzzing Afterparty in the Winter Garden, where both chefs and guests danced the night away to the sounds of DJ Fajah Lourens.
