IANC IS THE background of the dishes on which Matteo Ferrantino artistically places his colourful culinary creations. Bianc is the colour that evokes the whitewashed houses of the Mediterranean, which contrast with the bright blue sky, the azure waters and the brightly coloured flowers in bloom. Now, BIANC is the new restaurant concept of the Italian-born chef, whose career has seen him rise through the ranks to finally open his own culinary venture.

Indeed, Matteo Ferrantino’s vision in the kitchen, as his lifestyle, is so often associated to the Mediterranean, and this beautiful environment still serves as inspiration for his culinary works, even today. At BIANC Restaurant, where the atmosphere evokes warm summer evenings and gentle sea breeze, the chef will serve up his signature contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.

The guests will have the option of three main menus: Market Menu, where the dishes are based on seasonal products and daily availability of the restaurant’s suppliers; Emotions Menu, where each beautiful course is capable of evoking emotions and sensations through colour, taste and gastronomic effects; and the Garden Menu, specially designed for the restaurant’s vegetarian and vegan customers. BIANC Restaurant will also hold special one-off dinners (with wine selection), with guest chefs who have been invited from all over the world.
